New England Coastline

Situated on a stunning site overlooking the RI coastline, this 10,000 SF house is the perfect balance of idiosyncratic romance and organizational symmetry.

A majestic oak and views to the water were key factors in the siting and configuration of the house. The entry porch and dramatic canopy are broad, expansive and most importantly welcoming; a critical part of the owners criteria.

Every interior and exterior architectural detail was carefully considered and fully integrated into the overall design; from octagonal cupolas on the roof bringing down light to internal halls on the second floor, to the beautiful trusses in the vaulted living room ceiling.

The pool and pool house are tucked behind the service wing so as not to disrupt views across the spectacular rear lawn to the water.

This house is about proportion, romance, views and, most importantly, family and friends.
